More trails are planned as funding allows. The lower property (along Dyke Road) is often flooded but is also open to visitors. The property's conservation purpose is to protect migratory birds, the endangered Indiana Bat and the federally threatened Decurrent False Aster. A number of tree identification markers have been placed on the forested hill behind the picnic area. |
