As of June 2022, the marina was operated by the 309Group. As of March 2026, it is unknown who operates the marina and there is a proposal to purchase the park/marina by O'Brien Steel. The multi-use park remains open and is adjacent to the marina. The Rock Island Greenway (biking/walking path) passes through this park. Subject to Illinois River flooding. Know before you go. The Old French Village consisted of French settlers and was located near today's Detweiller Marina, 2 Caroline Street, Peoria.
