General Description: small city park (outside of town) along river; adjacent to Cooper Park North and connected to Carl Spindler Campground & Marina by way of Illinois River Road Trail; serves as southern (downriver) trail access to Illinois River Road Trail; located directly behind Jonah's restaurant
